For a cleaner planet
Concern for the environmental impact of our activity is growing. Our goal is carbon neutrality by 2030, thus anticipating the objectives defined by the European Union. Therefore, and in addition to the raw material used (cork) itself being a sustainable material, since it is natural, ecological, biodegradable, renewable and recyclable, we have implemented several initiatives to become more sustainable. natural, ecológica, biodegradável, renovável e reciclável, temos tomado várias ações para nos tornarmos mais sustentáveis.
Cleaner energy
The installation of 370 solar panels on our premises allows us to annually produce more than 372,000 kWh of clean energy, the equivalent of around 168 trees planted, and reduce our carbon footprint by 24Tn.
Sustainable distribution
Transition to a 100% electrified fleet by 2030, covering all new commercial and light vehicles, thus reducing the CO2 emissions per cork stopper distributed.
Zero waste
Reuse of waste from our activity for the manufacture of cork coverings and cork accessories.
